Our cider vinegar is made from organic whole apples grown in English orchards.
The apples are harvested, pressed and then fermented in barrels for at least two years, then bottled without filtering or pasteurisation to create a living food. This minimal processing retains the 'mother' which makes the cider vinegar cloudy.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Shake the bottle, then dilute 10ml in a glass or warm or cool filtered water, adding a little honet to taste.
